Work Environment\nThe role of LCSW is situated within a community health clinic environment that prioritizes flexibility and accessibility. As a remote position, our LCSW can perform teletherapy sessions while also having the option to engage in in-person visits when necessary. Key Responsibilities\nConduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients' mental health statuses using recognized tools such as the DSM-5 to formulate individualized care plans.
Continuously monitor patient progress and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to support their mental health needs.
Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation in line with legal and departmental standards, utilizing modern technology and electronic health records.
Collaborate with patients and their families to craft comprehensive treatment plans that align with specific goals and desired outcomes, fostering an inclusive treatment environment.
Proactively engage in safety assessments and symptom management by anticipating potential crisis situations and providing necessary interventions.
Actively build a professional network by coordinating referrals and liaising with other healthcare providers to ensure patients receive holistic care.
Educate and mentor interns, students, and volunteers, contributing to the professional development of emerging clinicians within the mental health field.
Participate in clinical supervision tasks, including peer reviews and chart audits, to enhance team efficiency and quality of care.
As a Full-Time LCSW at Royal Care Counseling, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to tailored care that respects the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective treatment.
Qualifications\nA Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
A current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of California.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Physical ability to perform necessary job functions, which may include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
Experience with teletherapy practices and familiarity with associated platforms.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive compensation.
