Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, fostering connection among clients as they share their experiences and insights.

• Deliver individual therapy, offering empathetic counseling that assists clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You’ll create tailored strategies and action plans to promote their mental health.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Your expertise will guide them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Track clients’ progress through various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, proactively monitoring outcomes to ensure effective treatment.

• Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary team members, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will provide holistic, evidence-based treatment tailored to meet their unique mental health needs, equipping them with the tools to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Candidates must possess an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for supporting young adults through their mental health journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in mental health counseling, particularly with young adult populations.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and modalities that promote healing and personal growth.

• Experience in a community health setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This Full-Time LPC position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health and well-being.
