Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Education Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in information technology, system administration, application support, learning management systems, or a related field. HealthStream experience preferred. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related technology tools. Experience with Articulate or similar course-authoring software preferred. Demonstrates strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, educators, clinicians, technical staff, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee, learner, and organizational information.
