Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in sessions with individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, workshops, and team reviews to remain at the forefront of mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
