Ultimate Support Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our remote outpatient team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering specialized mental health care to individuals affected by trauma, focusing on healing and resilience.

Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling our therapist to work in a flexible setting while still fostering strong therapeutic relationships. We utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to maintain continuity of care, ensuring that patients receive the support and guidance they need while also accommodating the demands of their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, needs, and goals.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating recovery and building resilience among patients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to provide targeted care.
\n
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma, acquire coping strategies, and foster a sense of healing.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for all patients.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities focused on trauma-informed practices.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily includes individuals suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. By utilizing a trauma-informed approach, we aim to create a safe therapeutic space where clients can express their feelings and work towards recovery. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of trauma survivors and support them in rebuilding their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, combined with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards patients.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications to manage patient information and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, specifically focusing on trauma.
\n
• Experience implementing trauma-focused therapies and interventions that significantly contribute to patient healing.
\n
• Proven ability to function effectively within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ultimate Support Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
